The importance of smiling
It sounds silly, but my MSW professors at school always preach about the importance of a single extra positive influence for kids. Sometimes, that one person can be what pushes someone over the edge to WANT to improve themselves. So smile. It is good for you and hopefully it is all someone else needs.
